Shipping Policy

How and when your ChaarBazaar order reaches you, and what it costs.

Dispatch timelines

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 working hours of confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Metro addresses: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Other serviceable PIN codes: typically 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Remote locations may take longer. Estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below that value carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.

COD is available on eligible PIN codes for most products. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply and is always disclosed before you place the order.

A tracking link is sent over email and SMS once your parcel is picked up.

Tracking updates also reach you on WhatsApp from our shipping partner, and signed-in customers can open any order from their Account page.

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. Undelivered parcels return to our warehouse.

Where the address or contact number was incorrect, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
