Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, we make the return simple and the refund predictable.
Return window
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Raise a request from the Contact page with your order ID and a short description.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories.
Consumables, personal-care items and products marked non-returnable on the product page are excluded.
Damaged or wrong items
Report damage, defects or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product.
Verified cases are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.
Pickup and inspection
Where reverse pickup is serviceable, a courier collects the parcel from your address.
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse.
Refund timelines
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
COD orders: refunded by bank transfer to details you share, within 5–7 working days of approval.
