Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here is how cancellations work at each stage of an order.
Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier.
Write to us with your order ID as early as possible and we will confirm the cancellation over email.
After dispatch
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return after it arrives.
Refused prepaid parcels are refunded after they reach our warehouse and pass inspection.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or payment verification fails.
In every such case the full amount paid is refunded and you are informed by email.
Refunds on cancellation
Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Bank or card processing times may add a few days beyond our processing window.
